Refund policy
At Hermelle Hair, each unit is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and consistency.
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exchanges are only permitted in the event that an item is received defective or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
Hermelle Hair reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.

• We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to length, color, density, or styling preferences.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, styling, heat, or maintenance.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved exchanges.
