Shipping policy

At Hermelle Hair, all orders are carefully processed and inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Hermelle Hair currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping availability is calculated at checkout.

All orders require up to 10-14 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping option. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control. Hermelle Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or service disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Hermelle Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipment fees.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Hermelle Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Hermelle Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
